Returns and Cancellations

If you would like to expedite your shipment, you may do so by checking your desired shipping method and this can also be tracked.

All credit card orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours, Monday-Friday.

Please allow 4-7 business days for standard delivery.

If you do not receive your standard shipment within 8 days after your order was placed, please send us an email at customercare@lifelongneeds.com and one of our customer service personnel will respond to you as soon as possible.

We do provide a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee on all items. Basically, if you are not fully satisfied and wish to return your order, you may do so within days of receiving merchandise. However, you will be responsible for the return postage and we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

If you need to cancel your order after it has already been processed and left our warehouse, you will need to wait for that order to arrive and then mail it back to us. Once we receive that order, we will credit your account less 20% restocking fee plus less shipping and handling fees. All Exchanges will also be charged a 20% restocking fee. All items must be returned in their original package unused. We will not accept used items.

If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, you will receive a FULL refund. Otherwise, you will be charged the 20% restocking fee once that order has been returned plus shipping and handling.

If your item is defective or if we sent you a wrong order, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original shipping invoice.

If your item was undelivered because you typed in the wrong address, we will send you a replacement item. However, we will have to charge for shipping and handling at that point.

For mail orders, if your check has been cashed for more than 7 days and you have not received your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@lifelongneeds.com

Once personal checks clear, we will ship your order within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. For money order, we will also ship your order within 24-48 hours of receipt, Monday-Friday.
